Red Nose Day March 2023
Red Nose Day is on Friday 17 March and we will join thousands of schools up and down the country coming together to spread joy and have fun.
The theme this year is: To make people smile
The school council have come up with lots of ideas of how we can celebrate in school and they have decided they would like:
- Everyone to wear RED – This could be a red t-shirt, red socks or as simple as a red hat or headband.
- All children to have the chance to make their own funny red noses in school
- To create a kind words wall – Hanging lots of kind words on our school horse Joey
- Everyone to tell each other funny jokes throughout the day in their year groups and classes
We look forward to raising awareness and understanding of why we celebrate Red Nose Day in school and we will be having lots of discussions throughout the day.
